Saturday, May 9th, from 6:00–9:00 PM at Central Park.

This free, family-friendly event transforms the night sky into a canopy of color, movement, and light. The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with music, food vendors, and open‑fly kite areas—so be sure to bring your own kite! At 6:30 PM, Sparkles the Clown takes the stage with an interactive performance the whole family will enjoy. The Community Kite Show launches at 7:00 PM, filling the evening sky with vibrant kites. At 8:00 PM, don’t miss the highlight of the night: the Illuminated Kite Show by the world-renowned “The Kite Man of Martinez”. Watch as glowing kites soar overhead, creating an unforgettable display of artistry and light. Bring your family, your friends, and your sense of wonder.
